Internship Project | User Research, Usability Testing, AI Product Design

Project Overview:

During my 10-week internship with Yale University's Information Technology Services (ITS), I worked with the Digital Experience (DX) team on two projects: 

Research: Conducted 9 user interviews and 8 usability tests, analyzed over 9,000 records from Airtable and ServiceNow, and authored a comprehensive UX report identifying 6 user archetypes, key usability challenges, and actionable design recommendations. 

Design: Designed 7 responsive high-fidelity prototypes for an AI Response Comparator feature, progressing from initial design explorations through iterative feedback to developer handoff.
